Like many across the globe, Indians also take their food very seriously and are quite passionate about it. Be it the regular dishes or the rare recipes, we like to preserve them for future generations. And, when we talk about Indian food, the two most popular cuisines that come to mind are – North Indian and South Indian. But to pick between North Indian Or South Indian Food is quite a daunting task.

Let’s just agree that both cuisines offer a unique blend of flavours to our palette and it might be hard to decide between the two. While North Indian Cuisine offers dishes that are wholesome, spicy and packed with ghee, South Indian Cuisine is earthy, filling yet light and extremely healthy. Some of the popular dishes from North Indian cuisine include cholle bhature, poori bhaji, paranthas, dal makhani, shahi paneer, butter chicken and more. On the other hand, South Indian cuisine offers treats like Masala Dosa, Sambhar, Rasam Rice, Curd Rice, Appams, and more.
